We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - a role offering meaningful impact, professional growth, and exposure to a dynamic, multi-union healthcare environment. This opportunity comes as a result of our former HRBP recently was selected for an HR Director role.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned business units by:
• Providing day-to-day employee relations guidance to managers
• Conducting workplace investigations and recommending appropriate actions
• Anticipating HR needs and proactively partnering with leaders and HR subject matter experts
• Supporting initiatives in performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and development
Who you are:
• An HR professional with 3+ years of progressive experience
• Skilled in employee relations and problem-solving
• Comfortable navigating complex environments and building strong partnerships
• A proactive communicator who can balance business needs with employee experience
