Mastering The Art of Upward Feedback

Do you feel comfortable speaking up to your boss?  A 2024 Workplace Wellness Report found that 63% of employees don’t feel comfortable speaking up in the workplace.  One of the most common fears in the workplace is giving feedback up.  Whether it’s fear of retaliation or "sounding like a jerk" – this silence can not only cause frustration, but it can lead to the high cost of unaddressed risks because staff fear for their job security and future career growth. This workshop will explore how to frame dissent through the lens of business impact and utilize structured feedback approaches to give participants the confidence to say what needs to be said to their bosses.
