Neurodiversity is the idea that people experience and respond the world around them in many different ways. Many employees in today’s workforce think, learn, and behave differently due to neurological or developmental reasons, and employers may not fully understand how to support them. Join us as we discuss neurodivergence in the workplace and how employers can create win-win situations as well as ensure proper execution of protected rights such as ADA and protected leave.
