If we learned anything in 2020, it’s that the line between Work and personal are dissolving. But are we doing enough to foster the right balance?
Make Work Human means different things to different people – but we can all agree that striking the right balance of being who we are at Work increases innovation, production, and overall wellbeing. In this workshop, we’ll discuss how harnessing humanness at work aid the Better Work, Better World mission.
In this session, we’ll cover:
- What does “Make Work Human” mean
- Where do we draw the line between personal and professional?
- How fostering cultures where people feel empowered to be themselves is simply good business
I was named the #6 Executive Coach in Boston by Digital Influence Media in 2020 - which is beyond humbling. I am so grateful to the clients I have served over the past decade to trust me as their partner in growth.
I am both a coach and a consultant - so I understand the landscape of business and what it takes to lead people through growth. I come with the theory and foundation of my MBA, the experience of over 20 years in business, and the practice of 10 years in coaching and consulting.
I've worked with over 200 companies and their leaders to help create efficiency and growth at all organizational levels. If you are ready to grow, I'm ready for you. Let's get to work.
What do I do, you ask? Well, let me tell you a little story.
I help create high-performing organizations by harnessing the power of their people's natural abilities.
I support growing small and mid-sized companies to create clear people and culture strategies to revolutionize how they do business. Companies I work with create efficiency, increase clarity, cut expenses, increase revenue, and operationalize values to become purposeful in representing their brand to clients and customers.
Long story short:
By putting people first – you can make more money.
And we all want that.
